Here I Am!
I’ve been avoiding writing an update or doing a YouTube video about how I’m doing. I guess I’m just tired of talking about changing, then not changing, and dealing with that feeling.
That said, I’ve been doing really well lately! I’ve been at the gym 3-4 days a week and tracking all my food—-the good, bad, and the ugly. I’ve only had 2.5pounds lost since Christmas, but I’m feeling amazing, and I know that is worth something!!
So here’s to me being honest. Not being afraid of failing and having to admit that.
