F5

I’m a proud mac user, but one thing I do love about my daily PC use at the office is the refresh button, F5. It makes all things new and up-to-date on the page.

Perhaps that’s what I’m doing at the moment. I’m hitting the refresh button on my life. It’s not the first time I’ve done it, probably not the last either (that’s the realist in me coming out!) But I do love hitting it. It tells me I’ve got to a point of being fed up with the way things are and it’s time to get in touch with what’s me, what’s now, what I want now, and not looking back constantly at how I’ve done well or disappointed myself. It’s about now. The current Julie. And the choices I make in the moment in order to see the changes I want.

Today I’ve pressed the F5 button on my life. It feels good.
